Free Frame Adjustments
Eyeglass adjustments are always free and are made anytime our office is open. We want your glasses to fit just right...that makes them more comfortable, and helps you to see better too!
Frame Repairs
If you should find yourself with a bent or broken frame, or if one of your lenses falls out, bring it in anytime during office hours. If we can repair it using spare parts, we won't charge you. If the frame is within it's warranty period (and the repair is covered under warranty), we will replace it as quickly as we can.
Error Free Prescription Guarantee
Occasionally, your eyeglass prescription changes despite the accurate steps taken during the examination. By having our office fill your prescription, you can rest assured that we will take care of any necessary changes in your prescription at no charge for the first 90 days. This benefit is not available if a third party fills your prescription.
Emergency Visits
Eye-related emergencies can and do happen anytime. Should you find yourself with an eye injury or eyes that are red, swollen and painful during office hours - come in or call us right away. Some patients go to the emergency room for treatment first, but are often referred to their eye doctor afterward anyway. Save yourself the time, hassle and expense and call us first! Emergencies are seen right away.
